UV-Behandlungsverfahren für Silikonprodukte

For years, PU spray coating has been the mainstream solution for upgrading silicone’s tactile feel and anti-dust performance, yet it comes with obvious drawbacks.

For one thing, the coating layer usually peels off within just a few months. For another, the spraying process produces pollutants, making it unsuitable for medical and food-grade products.

Instead of ink-based spray coatings, UV surface treatment forms a permanent protective film on silicone substrates via ultraviolet irradiation. The finished surface delivers smooth, non-stick and dust-resistant properties that remain stable throughout the whole service life of products.
