FAQ
Does the silicone seal produce odor at the first high-temperature heating?
We adopt post-curing process to reduce volatiles. Slight faint smell may appear on first use and will disappear after boiling cleaning.

How do you eliminate the risk of the ring tearing during installation or cleaning?
We use high-tensile LSR with a tear strength of >30 kN/m. Our molds are also designed with smooth, rounded inner and outer edges to prevent stress concentration. This makes the ring highly resistant to tearing, even when stretched aggressively for cleaning.
Is the ring safe for contact with hot food? Does it contain any harmful chemicals?
Absolutely. We use 100% food-grade, FDA and LFGB-compliant platinum-cured silicone. It is BPA-free, non-toxic, and contains no plasticizers or heavy metals. It is completely safe for direct contact with food under high-pressure steam.
