D'autre part, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de pulv\u00e9risation g\u00e9n\u00e8re des polluants, ce qui le rend inadapt\u00e9 aux produits \u00e0 usage m\u00e9dical et alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement aux rev\u00eatements par pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 base d'encre, le traitement de surface par UV permet de former un film protecteur permanent sur des substrats en silicone gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un rayonnement ultraviolet. La surface ainsi trait\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de lissage, d'anti-adh\u00e9rence et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re qui restent stables tout au long de la dur\u00e9e de vie des produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est bien plus respectueux de l'environnement que la pulv\u00e9risation traditionnelle : il \u00e9limine les \u00e9missions de COV, tout en r\u00e9duisant la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et en raccourcissant les cycles de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette technologie permet non seulement d'optimiser le toucher et la durabilit\u00e9 des composants en silicone, mais aussi d'am\u00e9liorer leur r\u00e9sistance aux rayures, \u00e0 la corrosion et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antistatiques.
